Report Generation

After analyzing data with PumasCP, generating a report is the final step to consolidate and share results. Here’s how to navigate the report generation feature:

Initial Setup

  1. Click 'Complete' on the 'View Results' page to return to the study's home page.
  2. Select 'Generate Report' to open the report generation interface.

Report Generation Window

The window consists of three main panels:

  • Left Panel: Tally of selected elements for each section.
  • Central Panel: Shows expandable tasks and sub-sections with checkboxes to select desired elements for the report.
  • Right Panel: Allows users to input report metadata such as the name of the report, compound, sponsor, and authors.

Selecting Report Content

  • Click on a task to expand it and reveal sub-sections.
  • Click checkboxes at the task level to select all sub-sections, or pick specific tables, listings, or figures.
  • As you select elements, the left panel keeps a count for reference.

Report Preview and Editing

  • Once selections are made, 'View' presents a preview of the report for review.
  • Navigate through the chosen assets. If adjustments are needed, click 'Edit'.
  • Confirm selections by clicking 'Done' or proceed to download the report.

Downloading the Report

  • Click 'Download' to bring up a download dialog.
  • Choose between docx or pdf formats and specify a file name for the report.

With these steps, users can efficiently compile their analysis into a comprehensive and shareable document, reflecting the depth and breadth of their pharmacokinetic study within PumasCP.
