To access this page, click on the ‘Next’ button after completing the modifications in the last step of the analysis process. This action brings you to a snapshot overview of the study and the associated results.

Components of the View Results Page

Study Details

The top section encapsulates key study details:

• Study Name and Compound: Indicative of the NCA analysis subject.
• Sponsor and Author: Entities and individuals responsible for the study.
• Analysis Type: Designates the type of analysis conducted, confirming it as NCA.

NCA Subject Data

This section lists the essential elements of subject data handled during the analysis:

• Study Data Summary: Shows a brief outline of per-subject data results.
• Listing and Summary: Provides listings and summary statistics of concentrations at nominal time points.
• Figures: Visual representations of observations versus time, such as individual subject fits and group-wise summaries.

Exclusions and Modifications

It shows any subjects that were excluded or group changes that were made during the analysis, ensuring transparency in the data handling process.

NCA Results

• Parameter Table: Delivers a summarized view of the NCA parameters.
• Parameter Listing: Details the list of parameters analyzed during the study.
• Figures: Displays a series of plots, each illustrating the relationship of a parameter (such as tmax, cmax, auclast, etc.) with the group variable.

Dataset and Result Source

• Datasets: Lists the dataset files used and indicates the last update, ensuring you're looking at the most recent information.
• Result Source: Indicates whether the displayed results are based on raw data or if they've been transformed at any stage in the process, with timestamps provided for the last update.

Navigating the Page

• Accordion toggles next to each section title allow for expanding or collapsing sections for a tailored view.
• The Back button at the bottom-left corner allows navigation back to the analysis steps, in case further modifications are needed.
• Once the review is complete, click the Complete button to finalize the process.
